Weeks 4–8 — Production (depends on MOQ and fill type). GMP batch records, COA per batch, microbiological testing. Weeks 8–10 — QC release, export documentation (COA, MSDS, certificate of origin, HALAL cert if applicable), shipment. Custom formulation adds 4–8 weeks at the front (R&D phase).
